Update: I have added three more icons (forgotten in the first release). There is also folders available in black, green, orange and red. If you want an IconPack for those, please feel free to ask!

I need help to install the theme.
I tried by double clicking on "refresh_CL.ip" file with iconpackager, asRaZcaLinSIDe said, but nothing happens.

If it does not work.
Hold down Shift and Right-Click on it, select Open With and then browse to the < path where you install the app>\inconpackager.exe.
I tried your first solution, I heard my pc loading but nothing happened
and your second one, the package does not appear in the list
